Robert Victor Navarro, age 42, was last seen on December 20, 2006, in El Paso, Texas. He was reported missing after being last spotted in the early hours of the morning near Taylor and Dyer Streets in the north-central area of the city. Navarro had been out with friends at nearby bars but failed to contact his family, which was highly unusual, especially with the holiday season approaching.
