Steven Andrew Campbell, a 2-year-old boy, has been missing since July 31, 2011, from El Paso, Texas. He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Karla Alicia Campbell, after a court-approved visit. Steven's father, William Campbell, had dropped him off at his ex-wife's residence as part of their custody agreement, which included a clause preventing Karla from taking Steven out of the country. However, when William returned the next day to pick up his son, both Karla and Steven had disappeared.
