In the early summer of 2004, 37-year-old Steve Woelfel disappeared from Chilton, Wisconsin. At the time, he was reportedly experiencing significant personal distress due to a pending divorce. Family members have stated that it was uncharacteristic of him to leave without notice. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark blue or black shorts, and white athletic shoes.
