Young Hwan Chang, a 68-year-old man, went missing from Candler, North Carolina, on November 6, 2004. He had recently moved to the area from Atlanta, Georgia, just a few days earlier, and was living at the Mount Pisgah Family Care Home. Chang, who suffered from Alzheimer's disease, was last seen at around 4:00 p.m. on the day he disappeared. He was spotted walking into the Pisgah Valley Market, where he appeared disoriented.
