In the late summer of 2006, a 35-year-old woman named Roxann Ellison vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. On September 3, 2006, she was at a relative's home located in the vicinity of 10th Street and Romley in the southern part of the city. After that day, her family and friends never heard from her or saw her again.
