A dedicated nurse and mother to a 16-month-old daughter, Sandra was last seen leaving her home in Apex, North Carolina. Her husband, Robert Ross, informed authorities that she had gone to a local pharmacy at the Cary Village Mall around noon to pick up medication for their sick child.
