Arthur Matthews, a 57-year-old man from Hartford, Connecticut, was last seen on October 19, 1985. Matthews, who had slurred speech and was described as having a scar on his chest and neck, went missing under mysterious circumstances. He was 5'10" tall, weighed around 145 pounds, and wore prescription glasses with brown frames. He was also known to wear a plain gold wedding band.
