William Martin Vosseler, aged 2, was last seen on October 9, 1986, in Rochester, New Hampshire, along with his 3-year-old brother, Charles Jason "CJ" Vosseler. The boys were abducted by their non-custodial father, Charles Martin Vosseler Jr., who had joint custody with their mother, Ruth Parker. Charles informed Ruth that he was taking the children for a weekend visit, but he never returned.
