Robert Langlais, a 44-year-old man, was last seen on March 11, 1998, in Rochester, New Hampshire. On that day, his car was found abandoned on the Piscataqua River Bridge, still running but with no sign of Robert. He has not been heard from since that day, and his disappearance is considered an endangered missing person case.
