Julie Lynn Seay, a 24-year-old woman from Daytona Beach, Florida, disappeared under mysterious circumstances in December 1988. Julie was last seen leaving her workplace on December 23, 1988, where she was employed as a telephone magazine saleswoman. She had plans to attend a family Christmas gathering, but she never arrived, prompting concern.
