William Robert Mullins, aged 43, was last seen on July 14, 1990, in Orlando, Florida. He was reportedly seen around 1 a.m. in the Bithlo area, where witnesses observed two men forcibly dragging him into his own car. This alarming sighting is the last known event before his disappearance, and foul play is strongly suspected.
