Johnny Harold Campbell, a 53-year-old man, was last seen on September 14, 1991, in Orlando, Florida. On that day, Campbell had a violent outburst and was taken to the Princeton Hospital Crisis Center (formerly AMI Medical Center) for treatment. However, he left the facility on foot around 10:30 a.m. and has not been heard from since.
