Devonne Dubose, 27, was last seen on March 25, 1992, in Charlotte, North Carolina, near Green Needles Court. She was homeless at the time and struggled with drug addiction, which led her to frequent certain areas in Charlotte, including West Trade Street and Rozzelles Ferry Road. Dubose's sister became concerned when she failed to collect her monthly Social Security check, an unusual behavior that led her family to report her missing.
