Linh Kenneth Tran, a 19-year-old male, disappeared on April 23, 1993, while surfing off Laguna Beach, near Highway 1 and Laguna Road in Santa Cruz County, California. He was last seen in the water when a large wave reportedly swept him away. Despite search efforts, Linh has never been found, and it is presumed that he drowned.
