Troy Michael Anderson, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on April 7, 1997, in Santa Cruz, California. He was reported missing after failing to return from an outing. At the time of his disappearance, Troy was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5'7" tall and weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and a distinctive brown beard and mustache.
