Eugene Kehoe, a 29-year-old man from East Syracuse, New York, has been missing since November 1, 1993. His last known contact was when he checked himself into a psychiatric center due to struggles with addiction to drugs and alcohol. After checking out of the facility, Eugene disappeared and has not been heard from since. His family, deeply concerned for his well-being, reported his case to authorities, but no substantial leads have emerged over the years.
