Deloris Melton, a 38-year-old woman, was last seen on April 15, 1994, in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. She had been at the High Tides bar that night and was never heard from again after leaving the establishment. At the time of her disappearance, Deloris was wearing a dark-colored denim jacket, a black Harley Davidson tank top, denim shorts, and Reebok sneakers. Known by her nickname "Shorty," she also wore a ring engraved with that name.
