In the summer of 1994, in the small city of Allegan, Michigan, a 52-year-old man named Charles 'Charlie' Starrett vanished, leaving behind a life and a family who still seek answers. Charlie, who was just shy of his 52nd birthday, was last seen on July 5, 1994. Reports from that day place him at his residence in the Allegan Mobile Estates and possibly at the nearby Riverside Market convenience store.
