Charles Starrett, aged 51 at the time, was last seen on July 5, 1994, in Allegan, Michigan. His last known whereabouts were either at his home in Allegan Mobile Estates or at the Riverside Market convenience store. He was reported missing on July 11, 1994, after no one had heard from him for several days. Despite investigations, no significant leads have surfaced regarding his disappearance.
