In the pre-Christmas chill of December 22, 1990, 21-year-old Richard Eugene Dale Hitchcock vanished from Allegan, Michigan. He was last seen in the early morning hours, around 2:30 a.m., leaving the Riverfront Lounge on Water Street. Accounts from that night suggest an altercation may have taken place before his disappearance.
