Richard Eugene Dale Hitchcock, 21, disappeared on December 22, 1990, in Allegan, Michigan. He was last seen around 2:30 a.m., leaving the Riverfront Lounge after being involved in an incident at the bar. Witnesses reported seeing him climb over an eight-foot fence topped with barbed wire near the Kalamazoo River after a confrontation with a group of men. However, despite extensive searches, including in the river, no trace of Hitchcock was found.
