Rosalind Wall, a 29-year-old woman from Southport, North Carolina, was last seen between midnight and 1:00 a.m. on February 12, 1995, at a residence on Fodale Avenue. Wall, who worked as a bartender at Skipper's Lounge, was reported missing by her boyfriend, Robert Nichols, two days later on February 14.
