In the quiet early morning hours of November 25, 2019, 39-year-old Tabitha Ann Goins, a mother of four, vanished from Fayetteville, North Carolina. She was last seen on foot, leaving a residence located in the 6100 block of NC Hwy 87 South. At the time of her disappearance, Goins was wearing a black shirt and distinctive leopard print leggings.
