In the autumn of 1995, an 84-year-old man named Willie Rudalph Conyers disappeared from his home in Raleigh, North Carolina. On the morning of October 16th, he was last observed walking near the intersection of Weston and Carlisle Streets. At the time, Mr. Conyers was living with his son in the 800 block of Weston Street.
