Justice Lyons, a 23-year-old man from Raleigh, North Carolina, was last seen on March 14, 2018. He was officially reported missing five days later, on March 19. His disappearance soon escalated into a more complex case when, on March 27, his red Ford Taurus was involved in a high-speed chase with Wayne County deputies after they attempted to stop the vehicle on Highway 70.
