Richard Del Rounsaville, a 37-year-old man, was last seen in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in January 1996. At the time of his disappearance, he was living near a hospital and planned to move into his own apartment. Rounsaville had a history of mental illness, which has raised concerns about his well-being. He stood between 5'10" and 6'0" tall, weighed approximately 200 pounds, and had brown hair and green eyes.
