Jessie Kay Peters, a 14-year-old girl from Glendora, California, was last seen on March 29, 1996. Standing 5'4" and weighing around 110 to 118 pounds, Jessie had blonde hair, blue eyes, and wore braces at the time of her disappearance. Her case was initially treated as a possible runaway, but investigators later came to believe she was the victim of foul play. Jessie was raised by her aunts and moved in with her mother at the age of twelve.
