Frank James Singer Jr., 53, was last seen on June 10, 1997, at his home in Newcastle, California. He was the founder of the Artisan Contractors Association and was reported missing by an employee of his company. At the time of his disappearance, Singer was driving a silver and black 1997 Mercedes-Benz 180, which was later found parked outside his office in Roseville the next day.
