Stratis Elmore, a 19-year-old from Roseville, California, was last seen on October 18, 2017. On that day, Elmore was scheduled for a court appearance in Sacramento County for sentencing. He borrowed his girlfriend's vehicle but never showed up for his court date. The following day, the car was discovered abandoned near the Sacramento River, with a suicide note found inside.
