Matthew Glen Anderson, a 30-year-old man, disappeared on June 1, 1996, from Roseville, California. He was last seen near his apartment on South Cirby Way around 7:00 p.m. that evening. Anderson, who was developmentally disabled, left behind all of his personal belongings, including his clothing, when he vanished. On the day of his disappearance, he cashed a check for approximately $400, but no further details about his movements afterward are known.
