Tova Jaileau Barnett, a 19-year-old from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has been missing since December 2, 2000. She was last seen in the city on that day, and there was an unconfirmed sighting of her two days later at the Mall of Louisiana. However, no further information has surfaced since then. Tova was reported missing on December 16, 2000, after her family had not heard from her for several days.
