In the early hours of a July day in Honolulu, Hawaii, seven-year-old Daniel Santiago and his eleven-year-old brother, Noel, disappeared. The boys were taken by their father, Victorio Santiago, from their mother's residence at Pearl Harbor. Victorio's appearance at the home was in direct violation of a protective order that had been granted to his wife.
