Travis Bingham, a 38-year-old African-American man, was last seen on July 24, 2003, in the 500 block of Carplin Place in Cincinnati, Ohio. He left the residence on foot and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Travis had black hair styled in a short Afro, along with a mustache and goatee. He was approximately 5'9" to 5'11" tall, weighing between 165 and 185 pounds.
