Carl Webster, a 37-year-old male, went missing from Cincinnati, Ohio, on April 16, 2023. He was last seen in the 3000 block of Mayfield Avenue in the Price Hill area of Cincinnati. Carl was reported missing almost a month later, on May 12, which has complicated efforts to locate him. He is classified as an endangered missing person, partly due to his medical conditions.
