In the winter of 2004, a family's life was forever altered when Phillip Jason Modlin, a 26-year-old man known to his loved ones as 'P.J.', vanished from his home in Dayton, Ohio. On the morning of February 17th, at approximately 8:30 a.m., Phillip was last seen at his residence.
