Phillip Jason Modlin, a 26-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, was last seen on the morning of February 17, 2004. He was at his residence on Marsha Lane at approximately 8:30 a.m. before disappearing under mysterious circumstances. At the time, Phillip was described as a Black male standing between 5'9" and 5'11" and weighing around 230 pounds.
