In the Fair Haven neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut, a family continues to wait for answers in the disappearance of 19-year-old Jose Ortiz. On December 28, 2005, Jose was last seen riding his bicycle near the intersection of Poplar Street and Lombard Street, not far from the home he shared with his mother.
