Clinton Javon Prater, a 28-year-old from Natchez, Mississippi, was last seen in early January 2008. He lived at Evans Boarding House on West Stiers Lane. On January 10, 2008, his landlord contacted Prater's sister to inform her that he hadn't been seen in over a week. His sister then visited his residence, where nothing appeared out of the ordinary, except that his medication, which he relied on to manage his mental illness, was missing.
