Marshall Pinsley, a 23-year-old white male from Blaine, Tennessee, was tragically killed on April 28, 2017, in Clinton, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Walmart store, where Pinsley was shot by Robert K. Myers, the ex-husband of Pinsley's wife, Crystal Pinsley. The shooting took place around 1:15 p.m. near the lawn and garden entrance of the store. Pinsley was pronounced dead at the scene.
