Carl King, a 55-year-old resident of Bossier City, Louisiana, was last seen on June 23, 2019, in Natchez, Mississippi. King had been enjoying a night out in the Natchez Under the Hill district with a female companion, Judy Martin. After deciding to return to their hotel, they encountered a flooded section of Silver Street near the intersection with D.A. Biglane Street. King attempted to wade through the high waters but disappeared beneath the surface and was never seen again.
