Amadeo Vigil, a 24-year-old man from Colorado Springs, went missing on July 11, 1980. He was last seen around 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 50, hitchhiking toward Fort Garland, Colorado, with plans to meet a friend. Despite multiple searches and investigations, he has not been heard from since.
