Tiahease Jackson, a 10-year-old girl from Staten Island, New York, was last seen on August 14, 1983. She was sent by a fellow resident of the Mariner's Harbor Motel to buy chicken wings from the nearby Crown Supermarket. At the time, Tiahease and her family were living in the motel after their previous residence was destroyed in a fire. When her mother woke up from a nap and discovered Tiahease hadn't returned, she reported her missing.
