Jennifer Lee Martin, an 11-year-old girl, disappeared on June 28, 1987, from the Lemmon Valley area of Reno, Nevada. That afternoon, she walked to a nearby 7-Eleven store, where she bought candy and soda. Witnesses last saw her leaving the store, heading towards her home on Surge Street, just a few hundred feet away. However, Jennifer never made it home. When her brother noticed she hadn't returned after about 20 minutes, he went to the store but could not find her.
