Parley Ann Pate, a 33-year-old woman, was last seen on February 9, 1993, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Standing 5'7" and weighing between 140 and 160 pounds, she had brown hair, hazel eyes, and distinguishing scars on her forehead and abdomen. Parley was known to have been involved in drug use and prostitution, which might have contributed to the circumstances of her disappearance.
