Elizabeth Hicks Rogers, a 52-year-old woman from Raleigh, North Carolina, was last seen on March 18, 1983. That night, she was socializing with family and friends at a bar in downtown Raleigh. After leaving the bar, Rogers disappeared and has not been seen or heard from since. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance remain unclear, and there have been few leads over the decades.
