Cynthia Lorraine Perry, a 17-year-old from Raleigh, North Carolina, went missing on June 17, 1985. At the time, she was living in a group home on Faircloth Street, attempting to overcome challenges related to drug use. Cynthia, who also went by the nickname "Lori," had been in and out of her family home since the age of 14 due to conflicts, particularly with her stepfather.
