Wayne David Powell, a 39-year-old resident of Roseburg, Oregon, was last seen on June 18, 1994. That morning, he left his home on Brushy Butte Mountain, with the last sighting reported by his 16-year-old daughter. Powell has not been seen or heard from since. Two days later, on June 20, his black Ford F-250 pickup truck was found abandoned in a remote area near Dixonville, Oregon. Inside the truck were his wallet, keys, and wedding ring, but there was no sign of Powell himself.
