Randy William Levine, a 30-year-old man from Roseburg, Oregon, was last seen on April 2, 1990. Described as 5'6" tall, weighing between 130 and 135 pounds, and having brown hair, Randy's disappearance has left very few clues. At the time of his disappearance, he was living in Roseburg, but there are no confirmed details about his whereabouts after that date. Despite efforts from law enforcement, including the Oregon State Police, no significant leads have emerged, and his case remains unsolved.
