In the late winter of 2014, concern grew for 53-year-old Eugene Vincent Armstrong, who was last seen on February 26th in Roseburg, Oregon. At the time of his disappearance, Armstrong, also known by the nickname Ninja Windwalker, was reportedly suffering from several mental health issues. Those who last saw him described him as being agitated and incoherent.
