In the spring of 1995, a mother's last sight of her son would become a haunting final memory in a case that has spanned decades. On the evening of April 10th, 41-year-old Douglas 'Doug' Brucks was dropped off by his mother at the Country Kitchen restaurant in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was there to meet with an unknown person.
