Kenneth "Kenny" Harker, 34, was last seen on October 5, 1996, in Sioux City, Iowa. That day, his white 1977 Chevrolet Suburban was found abandoned on a gravel road, K-42, with its doors open, tires flat, and fuel tank empty. Despite this, there was no sign of Harker at the scene.
