Sherwin Rubin, a 59-year-old man, was last seen on July 31, 1996, at his place of work in Los Angeles, California. He has not been heard from since that day, and the circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear. Rubin, who was 5'9" tall and weighed approximately 131 pounds, was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and white sneakers.
