Usbaldo Arvizu Hernandez, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, was last seen on July 1, 1969, in Los Angeles, California. At the time of his disappearance, Hernandez was approximately 5'9" tall and weighed about 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He had a distinctive black ink tattoo of an eagle with its wings spread on his upper right arm. He also went by the nicknames "Waldo" or "Oswaldo" and was known for frequently riding trains between California and Arizona, as he did not own a vehicle.
